Architect – Louisville, KY (Hybrid Schedule)

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Architect to join our growing team in Louisville, KY. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, enjoys leading projects from concept through completion, and is ready to take ownership of meaningful, design-driven work.

What You'll Do

  • Lead projects through all phases — from schematic design to construction administration
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand goals and deliver creative, buildable solutions
  • Oversee and coordinate production of construction documents
  • Partner with engineering consultants to ensure seamless integration across disciplines
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Conduct on-site construction administration and coordination meetings
  • Contribute to marketing and business development efforts, including client presentations
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to help them grow professionally

What We're Looking For

  • Professional degree in Architecture
  • 5+ years of experience in construction documentation and administration
  • Proficiency in Revit Bluebeam Studio , and MS Teams
  • Strong understanding of building codes, specifications, and building systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
