Senior Manager, Research Operations
Shape the future of healthcare with Walmart! We're looking for a Senior Manager, Research Operations to join our team at the Walmart Healthcare Research Institute (WHRI). In this role, you'll help transform how clinical trials are delivered. Expanding access, accelerating progress, and ensuring that patients who've been historically overlooked finally have a voice in advancing science and medicine. You'll report to the Senior Director of Healthcare Operations and work on-site at our offices in Bentonville, AR.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in health science or related area. 5 years' operational experience in clinical development. Prior work experience with decentralized trials and / or digital healthcare operations and implementation. Prior work experience in a clinical research environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior work experience healthcare, clinical trials, regulatory standards, and industry standards. Prior work experience utilizing Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Prior work experience in a high-growth environment to build a nascent operational infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications :
Master's degree in Health Science or related area. Prior work experience in a matrixed environment. Prior work experience in client-facing role.
