About the Role

As our product suite grows, the fact that you can create a report, workflow, and permission data the same way becomes more and more valuable. The mission of Rippling’s object graph team is to build an intuitive, powerful, and accessible system catalog that will power Rippling’s platform by centralizing the schema that customers have access to in Rippling. As a core member of this team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the architecture and future of our object graph from the ground up. Whether it’s designing new features and systems, crafting a stellar developer experience for internal developers, or optimizing system performance, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a product that’s at the heart of Rippling’s platform.

What You\'ll Do

• Design and Develop : Architect, design, and implement object graph features, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability. This includes building optimal interfaces, data pipelines, developer experiences, and performant systems.
• Enhance Developer Experience : Work with customers internally to ensure the object graph is intuitive, responsive, and great to use, empowering users to effectively onboard and fetch the data they need.
• Work at the Core : Support and collaborate with a wide range of engineering and operational teams. Act as a central partner, ensuring the object graph integrates seamlessly across various data sources and systems, making it a foundational tool that powers platform work across the organization.
• Ship Quickly : Drive rapid, iterative development cycles, delivering impactful features and enhancements to the object graph that respond to user needs and evolving system requirements.
