This is a full-time, in-office position for an attorney who thrives on challenging, high-impact litigation and wants to advocate for clients whose cases make a difference.

What You’ll Do

Lead and support plaintiff-side commercial litigation matters from pre-filing through trial and appeal.

Conduct discovery, draft motions, and take or defend depositions.

Collaborate directly with partners and clients on impactful cases.

Contribute to a mission-driven practice that values excellence, collaboration, and advocacy.

Qualifications

Active California Bar license required.

3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in plaintiff-side or complex commercial matters

Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills.

Experience with discovery, depositions, and motion practice.

Strong oral advocacy and teamwork abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

$180,000 – $240,000, commensurate with experience.

Bonus opportunities.

Salary Range : $180,000 - $240,000
