Strategic Pricing And Promotion Analyst
Develop strategy and help guide analyses to inform pricing and promotion activities for Diagnostic (Dx) point of care (POC) and reference lab business (core activities including list pricing, discounts, promotions, and contracting).
Partner with business partners to brainstorm and align on pricing and promotion strategy with net revenue management principles. Develop price / volume ladders for DX POC & reference lab business.
Frame and support ad-hoc analyses and provide business unit leaders with data-driven recommendations to inform decisions.
Build strategic contracting and maintain competitive bid tools for use by sales force.
Partner with field teams and commercial colleagues to build the business case for specific DX portfolio opportunities.
Partner with key account managers, business unit directors and field teams to assess viability of potential opportunities, propose sales programs delivering the full potential of the opportunity.
Track and develop reports to capture learnings / best practices on reference lab / portfolio deal opportunities.
Work across Zoetis and landscape beyond Zoetis to identify best practices that could be implemented in the US for newly identified commercial opportunities.
Lead annual list process and analytics.
Stay current with competitive offerings across geographies, understanding the value proposition of unique product offerings, how other manufacturers serve those markets, and if there exist opportunities for Zoetis's portfolio of solutions.

Base Pay Range : $102,000 - $154,000
This position is eligible for short-term incentive compensation. The position is also eligible for long-term incentive.
