A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success & Implementation to lead and scale their Customer Success & Implementation organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design and grow the Customer Success & Implementation organization, establishing efficient structures and processes
Oversee solution design and onboarding for new partners, ensuring seamless integrations and timely execution
Implement feedback mechanisms to improve partner experience and drive continuous improvement across the organization
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, or Technical Implementation, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
Proven success in scaling global, multi-disciplinary technical organizations
Deep understanding of complex B2B or SaaS environments, ideally in fintech or payments
Experience managing large, distributed teams and developing high-performing talent
Ability to design scalable, data-driven frameworks for consistent execution and measurable results
