Description

Position Responsibilities Include

Work with teammates, copywriters, account managers, and the principals, as a team, to determine client needs and design strategies.

Create stellar layouts for multi-media (web, email, social, motion, etc.).

Think about the big ideas (even when the project starts small).

Implement a brand voice and personality that is tailored specifically to each client.

Create mock-ups and presentations, as necessary.

Work on multiple projects and prioritize deadlines while maintaining your cool.

Present your work with passion and confidence and take direction.

Encourage your teammates through brilliant work (and the occasional meme).

Be totally present in team and client meetings and open to new ideas.
