Job Description

Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Director - Product Lifecycle Management (multiple openings) in San Francisco, CA to :

• Responsible for designing, documenting, implementing, governing, and continuously improving the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) framework.
• Design and implement key processes, forums and metrics for each of the phases of the PLM framework (e.g., concept, plan, build, launch).
• Participate in the global effort to automate each phase of the framework (e.g., approval workflow, knowledge management and repository, decision making, reporting, etc.).
• Design and implement metrics to monitor the effectiveness of the PLM framework.
• Produce insights, analyses and recommendations to improve the PLM process.
• Partner with peers in other functional areas (e.g., finance, pricing, risk, commercialization, product development, client services) and across global regional teams to implement and improve the product lifecycle process.
• Lead ad-hoc strategic and operational projects, such as the automation of product roadmaps, and the development of value streams for each of the business units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective management of expectations.
• Domestic and / or international travel may be required 5-10% of the time.
• Position reports to the San Francisco, CA office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Basic Qualifications :

Leading end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management implementations from process reengineering and development to solution build and rollout;

Worksite : San Francisco, CA

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership / site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements : Domestic and / or international travel may be required 5-10% of the time.

Mental / Physical Requirements : This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $161,500.00 to $258,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
