Cytogenetics Lab Supervisor

A company is looking for a Cytogenetics Lab Supervisor to lead a remote team in clinical laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the Cytogenetics team for prenatal, blood chromosomes, and tissues

Train and mentor laboratory personnel while monitoring workflow and staffing

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain quality assurance records

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent regulatory qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technologist; 7 years preferred

Cytogenetics analysis experience is required

Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly preferred

Knowledge of CLIA, CAP, and relevant state regulations
