Health Plan Strategy Analyst

A company is looking for a Plan Strategy & Design Lead Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and refine market-level product portfolios through analysis of market trends and competitive environments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new product enhancements aimed at increasing membership and earnings

Manage the annual product portfolio process, ensuring documentation of progress and key milestones

Required Qualifications

BA or advanced degree in Business or a health-related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 3 years of experience in ACA-compliant health plan strategy and benefit design

Experience with self-service data reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Cognos

Proven success in a matrixed environment and ability to drive resolution of issues

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
