Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated CNC Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title : CNC Operator

Location : Carlstadt, NJ

Pay Range : $22-$25 / hourly

Shift :

1 st Shift 7 – 3 : 15 PM

2 nd Shift 3 : 15 – 11 : 30 PM

What's the Job?

  • Operate CNC machinery with precision and safety standards.
  • Read and interpret production tickets, specifications, and measurements.
  • Perform daily startup, calibration, and general maintenance of equipment.
  • Assemble, sand, and finish components according to detailed specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience; knowledge of automated wood CNC Routers, door hardware and basic woodworking skills are required.
  • Ability to read measurements and operate hand and power tools effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment with reliable attendance.
