Key Responsibilities :

Lead client support and ensure timely, accurate responses to inquiries

Manage onboarding for new advisor partners and maintain billing processes

Coordinate operations between teams and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree with 8-10+ years of experience in wealth management or fintech operations

Proven track record in client success or partner management

Solid understanding of philanthropic giving and donor-advised funds

Hands-on experience with billing and financial operations in a B2B environment

Experience in a startup or high-growth setting, contributing to scalable processes
