About This Role :

As a Construction Manager specializing in Tenant Improvements, you will oversee all aspects of facility upgrades and modifications requested by our tenants. This role requires expertise in managing high-value projects in mission-critical environments while ensuring tenant satisfaction, compliance, and timely delivery. You will collaborate with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to execute improvements that meet technical, operational, and performance requirements.

What You'll Be Working On :

You’ll be a part of a team delivering complex, hyperscale AI Data Centers

Manage end-to-end construction projects for tenant improvement within data centers, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget

Act as the primary point of contact for tenants to understand their improvement requests and ensure alignment with operational and design standards.

Review tenant requirements and coordinate the design and installation of upgrades

Work closely with tenants, contractors, engineers, and internal operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Ensure that all tenant improvement work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and lease agreements

Proactively identify and address potential scope changes, risks, or challenges, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to plan and execute project scopes

Travel as needed (up to 30%) to oversee multiple project sites

What You'll Bring to the Team :

You have 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, including tenant improvement projects for data centers or similarly complex facilities

You have a deep understanding of managing the construction of primary building structures and critical systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, for industrial or commercial facilities

You excel in overseeing large-scale base building projects with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and ambitious goals

You have a knack for building strong, productive relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive project success

You thrive in managing multiple priorities simultaneously and excel at juggling schedules, budgets, and project details

Compensation :

Compensation will be paid in the range of $135,000 - $175,000 base salary. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
