This is a contracted position for 9+ months.  $80-$90 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced  Epic Beaker Build Advisor to provide strategic oversight and subject matter expertise for a long-term Beaker implementation. The organization is live and is undergoing a rebuild to correct design and configuration issues. This role will guide the team on best practices and ensure a scalable, optimized Beaker environment.

Responsibilities :

Evaluate the current Beaker build, workflows, and configuration to identify areas for improvement.

Provide expert guidance on Beaker design, lab structure, and data flow alignment.

Collaborate with build and validation teams to implement efficient, compliant solutions.

Mentor analysts and ensure adherence to Epic and clinical best practices.

Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, steering the build strategy and project timelines.

Qualifications :

8+ years of Epic Beaker experience, including at least one full-cycle implementation or rebuild.

Epic Beaker certification (CP or AP) strongly preferred.

Proven success guiding organizations through lab optimization or re-implementation.

Excellent communication and consulting skills with the ability to influence and guide diverse stakeholders.

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or a similar field required
