The College of Science and Humanities at Husson University is seeking instructors for the following face-to-face communications courses :

  • Speech
  • Interpersonal Communication

Note : Candidates are expected to be on campus.

Responsibilities : The instructor will conduct lectures and prepare and grade assignments.

Qualifications : A master's degree in English, Communications, or a related field is required; a Ph.D. is preferred. Prior university-level teaching experience in communications is a plus.

Compensation :

  • Undergraduate Course (Masters Prepared) : $933.33 per credit hour, dependent on enrollment.
  • Undergraduate Course (Doctoral or Equivalent Prepared) : $1,016.67 per credit hour, dependent on enrollment.
  • Graduate Course (Masters Level Prepared) : $1,016.67 per credit hour, dependent on enrollment.
  • Graduate Course (Doctoral or Equivalent Prepared) : $1,100.00 per credit hour, dependent on enrollment.

    • Lab sections for undergraduates :

  • Masters Prepared : $1,150.00 per credit hour
  • Doctoral or Equivalent Prepared : $1,250.00 per credit hour
  • Rates depend on student enrollment.
