The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and construction duties with a minimum level of supervision. The role will make regular repairs to buildings and equipment to ensure that all maintenance duties are completed by the work order deadlines.

What will I do?

• Collaborate with the Management Supervisor and Property Manager to maintain the physical condition of the property according to company operating and safety standards, including work orders, make-readies, and grounds upkeep.
• Diagnose standard maintenance problems and determine how to correct them according to schedule.
• Ensure that service requests and repairs are performed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Assist the Management Supervisor with organizing and prioritizing service requests, make-readies, and general maintenance tasks.
• Support the Management Supervisor with overseeing make-ready operations, ensuring vacant units are made rent ready, and complying with maintenance budgetary guidelines.
• Aid in scheduling maintenance work tasks and supervising outside contractors, and more!
