Nursing Care Assistant I Duke University Hospital Adult Medicine Stepdown Unit (2300) - Rotating

Duke University Health System seeks to hire a Nursing Care Assistant who will embrace our mission of Advancing Health Together.

The Adult General Medicine Stepdown Units (2300) contain a total of 47 inpatient beds that are divided between two adjacent units. Our team of nursing staff provide exceptional care to patients with complex medical diseases including Cardiac, Pulmonary, Liver, Renal, Sickle Cell, Diabetes, Infectious Diseases, Wound Care, Med-Psych and GI.

Department Highlights :

Work Schedule : 3 12 hour shifts. 36 hours per week. 7 AM - 7 : 30 PM or 7 PM - 7 : 30 AM

Responsibilities :

The Nursing Care Assistant I performs a variety of non-professional nursing duties under the direct supervision of an RN / LPN to support patient care.
