Your Mission :

• Create Excellent Guest Experiences : Guide our guests on a memorable journey, ensuring their favorite items are always available and the store is in pristine condition.
• Build Teams and Leaders : Recruit, train, and develop a diverse, people-focused team. Support their growth with skills training.
• Grow Sales and Manage Inventory : Lead with expertise in managing top-line sales and inventory. Build strong vendor relationships and ensure sales growth through effective order execution and adherence to brand standards.
• Operate with Brand Excellence : Maintain our store to impress every guest. Ensure staffing levels are optimal and the store is always ready for special guests or mystery shoppers.
• Lead Food Safety and Operations : Manage our food operations like a seasoned pro. Ensure all team members are ServSafe certified and protect food margins through consistent PAR execution.
