Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the strategy for claims operations infrastructure, including technology and process design
Develop and manage a roadmap of initiatives to enhance operational performance
Oversee the creation of business requirements for systems supporting claims processing and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in process improvement and operations leadership
3+ years in a senior leadership or people management role
Strong understanding of claims processing and operational best practices for health plans
Experience in data analysis and operational design
Working knowledge of compliance requirements and insurance concepts relevant to health plan administration
