Key Responsibilities
Maintain client data records for accuracy and reliability throughout the project lifecycle
Administer client account and project document processes to ensure timely execution
Coordinate early-stage client engagement logistics to facilitate successful project launches
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of client operations experience or in a sales support role
BA / BS in a related field
Familiarity with CRM systems (SalesForce and HubSpot preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
