Construction Project Manager (Towaco)

Brockwell & Carrington Contractors, Inc., a leader in New Jerseys public-sector construction, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up public works projects exceeding $15 million in value. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional with a strong track record in delivering large, complex building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery, from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee contract administration, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate effectively with the owner, design team, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction progress through regular site visits and meetings with field staff.
• Partner with superintendents to align field operations with budget and schedule goals.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear, professional communication with the owner and project partners.
