Founded in 1987, Hillhouse Construction Company, Inc. is a leading commercial general contractor in the Bay Area. Our people, passion, and projects set us apart, and were looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing; commercial construction or AEC industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong design proficiency with the ability to create on-brand, compelling visual and written content.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to work within deadlines.
  • Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite software.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Constant Contact (or similar email platforms) is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the creation of marketing content that reflects HCCIs brand identity, including proposals, collateral, project features, and advertising.
  • Design and refresh marketing materials to support business development and corporate initiatives.
  • Develop and manage content on the Hillhouse social medias and website, keeping visuals and project highlights up to date.
  • Produce monthly newsletters, project highlights, and targeted outreach emails.
  • Plan and coordinate all-hands meetings, career fair events, and company-wide celebrations, managing logistics, vendors, and hospitality.
  • Support corporate culture by helping organize internal outreach and employee engagement activities.
  • Partner with leadership and project teams to create persuasive proposals, qualification packages, and client presentations.
  • Update and maintain staff resumes, project photography, and team bios for pursuit materials.
  • Coordinate project photography during construction and upon completion.
  • Oversee updates of team photos and other brand imagery for use across marketing channels.
