ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Art Director, you will lead visual concept development and creative delivery for client projects. This role is crucial in crafting strategic, memorable concepts that communicate effectively and drive performance. You will share ownership of the final creative delivery with the Strategist and / or Producer, ensuring briefs are executed with high-quality visuals that leverage creative strategy and digital marketing expertise. In the absence of a Strategist or Producer, you will be the main creative point of contact for clients, responsible for mapping out delivery timelines and supporting project scoping. This position requires extensive experience as an Art Director, with a proven track record of similar responsibilities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Guide your Team :

• Lead creative delivery, together with Strategists / Producers, developing concepts, and executing exceptional presentations while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and high-quality visual excellence.
• Guide and mentor junior art directors, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Assist in managing and prioritizing tasks, both yours and those of junior colleagues, to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Support to establish standards for art direction and best practices within the team.
• Participate in setting team goals and focus areas, contributing to the overall strategy.
