Responsibilities
Be an integral part of our service team responsible for the care of boats in our service department, marina, boat rental fleet, and boating club fleet. Maintain and care for boats before, during, and after entering the Service Department, including launching, mooring, cleaning, covering, and related tasks.Clean boats, assist with minor maintenance, and ensure overall care of boats.Assist with commissioning and decommissioning tasks such as moving, blocking, shrink-wrapping, and related duties.Trailer boats, dock boats, and move boats around the marina, properties, and the lake.Contribute to various projects and assist technicians with repairs and maintenance of the service department.Provide support to the Service Department, Boat Club, Boat Rental, and Marina guests (e.g., preparing boats, ensuring the property is well cared for).Maintain records and report information on a smartphone or tablet.Be an active member of a safety-mocused and collaborative team to create a positive boating experience.Qualifications and Skills

Full-time, year-round position with flexibility for overtime; Mon-Fri roughly 8 : 30 am–5 : 30 pm with some overtime and occasional SaturdaysIndoor and outdoor tasks in seasonal weather, both around the marina and on the waterAdvancement opportunities and salary increases available and encouragedCompensation and benefits
