A company is looking for an Accounting Coordinator III - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Administers purchasing and travel card programs for US and Canadian operations, including processing applications and modifications
Monitors transactions to identify unusual activity and conducts audits to ensure compliance with company policies
Develops training programs for cardholders and prepares management reports on program utilization and compliance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
2-3 years of experience in card administration, accounts payable, or financial operations
Knowledge of US and Canadian financial regulations and corporate card program management
Understanding of accounting principles and general ledger coding
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
