A company is looking for a Retail Strategy and Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide analytical support to assess financial impact and ROI on retail initiatives and special projects
Develop and manage bonus schemes and incentive programs, reconciling payouts for payroll
Analyze labor costs and trends to improve scheduling efficiency and employee productivity
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in CRM and / or Workforce Management roles for at least 10 locations
2+ years of experience in a retail environment; leadership experience preferred
Demonstrated skills with retail metrics and scheduling data
Advanced proficiency with Excel, Tableau, and Looker
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
