Job Summary : The Retail Floater will be responsible for working in a variety of retail outlets to support the needs of multiple managers. The ideal candidate should be friendly, motivated, service-oriented, and have experience in sales. Flexibility is key as the candidate will be required to work with a variety of different merchandise. Must be able to work 2-4 shifts per week including holidays and either Saturdays or Sundays.

Responsibilities :

• Work in a variety of retail outlets to support the needs of multiple managers.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Use knowledge of sales and merchandising to make recommendations to customers and increase sales.
• Maintain knowledge of product ranges, promotions and special offers in each retail outlet.
• Keep track of inventory, restocking as necessary.
• Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Participate in training and coaching programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
