Job Overview :
Rainbow Pride Youth Alliance (RPYA) is seeking dedicated and experienced facilitators to join
our team. The Program Facilitator provides LGBTQ+ youth ages 11-26 with programs that are
engaging, youth centered, and youth driven. The ideal candidate for this role will have
experience working with LGBTQ+ youth, an understanding of unique challenges that LGBTQ+
youth face, and a passion for creating safe spaces for young people to explore their identities
and build community. The program is rooted in community building, culturally responsive,
trauma-informed care, and harm reduction models.
Responsibilities May Include :
programming, and event hours in conjunction with schedules made by the Wellness
Center Director.

discussions that are engaging and relevant to youth participants.
ages 11-26 both inside of and outside of the Center. Understands that sometimes
events and field trips happen on weekends, after Center closure, and on days outside
of regular schedule. Agrees to communicate scheduling conflicts with the Program
Coordinator in a timely manner for staffing needs.

Divine Truth Unity Fellowship and its affiliates are a health and wellness service organization in
the Inland Empire. Unity Hope is the community service branch of Divine Truth Unity Fellowship
Inc, an Inland Empire faith-based organization sponsored by the Unity Fellowship Church

of DTUF which works closely with Unity Hope. RPYA is a grassroots mental health non-profit
organization that was founded in 2001. It is an Inland Empire activity and support organization
for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, and questioning youth (ages 13-20
