A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to coordinate and manage service delivery processes and vendor communications.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project coordination
Monitor and document service interactions, vendor performance, and customer satisfaction
Facilitate onboarding of new vendor support and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
1 or more years of experience in IT project coordination or IT customer service, preferably in a Managed Services Provider environment
High-level understanding of Microsoft product lines
Experience with PSA software and IT ticket management
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft MS-900 certification or similar is preferred
