Our client, a prominent AmLaw 50 firm , is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Structured Finance Practice Group in New York . This is an exceptional opportunity for a mid-level associate to work on sophisticated transactions across a range of asset classes and finance structures within a collaborative and high-performing team.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
- 4+ years of substantive experience in structured finance , lending , securitization , or similar finance structures
- Strong deal experience at an AmLaw or similarly sophisticated law firm handling complex structured finance transactions
- Experience working across multiple asset types and transaction structures is preferred , but not required
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines
Key Responsibilities
Represent issuers , underwriters , lenders , and other market participants in structured finance transactionsDraft and negotiate transaction documentation , including offering documents, credit agreements, and security agreementsAdvise clients on deal structuring , risk assessment , and regulatory complianceCoordinate all aspects of transactions from inception to closing , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client objectivesCollaborate with colleagues across practice groups to address complex, multi-jurisdictional issuesMaintain strong client relationships and provide strategic, business-oriented legal solutionsWhy Join Us?
