Job Description

Job Title : Outpatient Orthopedic Therapist

Job Specialty : Orthopedics

Job Duration : To Be Determined

Shift : To Be Determined

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week, with an expectation of working up to 40 hours per week

Experience : Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.

License : Relevant licensing required where practice occurs

Certifications : Relevant certifications as applicable in the field

Must-Have :

  • Ability to manage a patient population focused on orthopedics.
  • Flexibility to meet productivity expectations.
  • Skill in managing appointments efficiently, including the possibility of double-booking follow-up visits.

Job Description :

  • Provide care to a patient population primarily consisting of individuals with orthopedic conditions.
  • Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Ensure productivity by managing approximately 60 visits per week.
  • Schedule and manage 12-14 patient appointments per day.
  • There will be no requirement to float to other clinics.
  • Maintain documentation according to clinic standards and legal requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure understanding of treatment plans and progress.
  • Participate in continuous education and training to maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field of orthopedics.
