Duties
- Oversee and manage negotiations for a variety of real estate transactions.
- Draft and review legal documents such as purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, easements, and development agreements.
- Prepare and review financing documents, cell tower leases, and deeds.
- Provide legal advice and guidance related to real estate law matters.
- Handle issues related to mortgage foreclosures and trustee's sales.
- Collaborate closely with clients, ensuring legal documents and agreements align with their needs.
Requirements
