A company is looking for a Concierge / Personal Services Coordinator - Field Operations - Onsite.
Key Responsibilities
Support a personal assistant type service by managing various tasks such as pickups and bookings
Handle administrative and organizational tasks while assisting individuals in the field
Manage contractors in the field and provide live status updates on requests
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer-facing roles or customer support
Proficient in using Sheets / Excel for tracking requests and managing workflows
Ability to multitask and handle multiple requests simultaneously
Strong written communication skills
Availability to work on-site from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
