Senior German Language Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior German Language Specialist for video game localization.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee translation, editing, and proofreading of German video game content

Collaborate with client-side stakeholders to ensure tone, style, and terminology alignment

Develop and maintain style guides and linguistic resources while managing linguistic escalations

Required Qualifications

Native-level German and fluency in English (written and spoken)

Minimum 4 years of experience editing video game content

Solid experience with CAT tools and project management platforms

Background in linguistics, translation, or language studies

Ability to work in Central European Time (CET)
