Responsibilities Work in the Neuro Transplant ICU of a hospital setting Level 1 Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center environment Night shift schedule with 12-hour shifts, three days per week Every other weekend and holiday coverage required per policy Care for a variety of neurological and transplant patients Responsibilities include monitoring patients, administering medications, and supporting physicians with examinations and procedures Document patient responses and update care records Delegate tasks to support staff and collaborate with the healthcare team Inform patients and families about treatment plans and hospital procedures Work in a high-acuity, team-oriented ICU environment Requirements Active RN license from Oklahoma or a compact state Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association Minimum of one year RN experience required Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required; BSN preferred Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills 50 mile radius rule applies—local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-621270.
