Site Operations Support - Materials Management Manager

Boeing Global Services is seeking a Site Operations Support - Materials Management Manager to develop and execute project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals in support of multiple statements of work. Position is located in Jacksonville, FL. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location option.

Position Responsibilities :

• Manages and integrates employees' activities across more than one area in materials management.
• Manages employees analyzing supply chain material requirements, developing and optimizing inventory planning and synchronizing supply chain demands
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees.
• Works with urgency and makes decisions weighing business goals and employee's needs.
• Effectively communicates company and business unit goals, objectives and priorities.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and / or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
