What You'll Do :

  • Hunt and close : Bring in 2–4 new clients weekly by building referral pipelines with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, hospices, and senior communities
  • Build real relationships : Become the go-to connection for discharge planners, case managers, and community partners
  • Be the face of Cardinal : Represent us at community events, networking functions, and outreach efforts
  • Track results : Log visits, leads, and outcomes through our CRM and sales tools

What You Bring :

  • 1+ year experience in healthcare sales, outreach, or business development
  • Knowledge of senior care, home health, hospice, or rehab a plus
  • Strong communication skills and charisma that opens doors
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and relentless in follow-up
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid TX Driver's License
