Health Care Associate Attorney

Overview

Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a Health Care Associate to join their nationally recognized Health Care Practice Group in Nashville, Tennessee.

Candidates with 4-8 years of health care transactional and / or regulatory experience working in an AmLaw 100 firm are highly desired. Responsibilities

• Counsel various health care clients on complex compliance matters and risk management.
• Utilize knowledge of state and federal health care regulatory environments when advising clients.
• Communicate with clients, partners and other members of the practice group regarding case developments.
• Train and mentor junior-level associates within the practice group as needed.
