General Manager
The Lodge at Mount Snow in West Dover, VT is seeking a General Manager to lead the re-opening and phased transformation of the property into a LOGE Camps location.
This is a unique opportunity to guide a hotel through an exciting new chapter reopening operations while simultaneously overseeing a phased renovation and rebranding to align with the LOGE Camps experience. Located just a half mile from the Mount Snow ski lifts and nestled in the heart of southern Vermont's Green Mountains, the property is perfectly positioned to become a vibrant basecamp for year-round outdoor adventure.
Job Duties & Responsibilities

A demonstrated ability to make good judgement calls, and a track record of operating with integrity.
Previous experience traveling, exploring, adventuring and staying in a variety of hotel, hostel, and campground locations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field, preferred
4+ years managing a mid-size hotel property (50-100 room), as an AGM or GM with direct reports
Experience leading a renovation preferred
3+ years managing a food and beverage program.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Products, hospitality software.
Fluent in English. Bilingual a plus!
Must have, or be able to obtain, Washington State Food Handler Card.
Must have, or be able to obtain, Alcohol Servers Permit.
All crew members are subject to a background check.
