A company is looking for a Regional Business Office Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide oversight and support for skilled nursing facilities regarding business office processes
Lead training, education, and implementation of billing processes within assigned facilities
Monitor billing and collection efforts, ensuring compliance and timely payments
Required Qualifications
Minimum of five years of experience managing a skilled nursing facility business office
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Extensive experience in billing and collections within long-term care
Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs
Knowledge of Multistate Medicaid Pending and Managed Care billing processes
