Ginosko Modular is seeking a Master Plumber to guide our plumbing team in the production of high-quality modular housing units.
As Team Leader, you will oversee Plumbing Technicians and Plumbers across designated areas of the factory, providing clear direction, task assignments, and hands-on training. You'll foster a safe, collaborative work environment while ensuring plumbing systems-including pipes, valves, fixtures, and drainage-are expertly installed and maintained throughout the facility and within each modular unit. This role works closely with other skilled trades to deliver precision-built housing units that meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Directs and assigns tasks to plumbing staff in alignment with production plans, safety standards, and timelines
- Reviews work orders and drawings using Offsight; collaborates on problem-solving and provides training and feedback
- Estimates material, tool, and equipment needs for plumbing jobs
- Installs, repairs, and inspects plumbing systems and fixtures in modular units and facility
- Ensures code compliance and responds to plumbing emergencies
- Operates, maintains, and reports on tools and equipment to ensure safety and performance
- Verifies quality and accuracy of completed work
- Interprets blueprints and layouts to prepare materials
- Follows all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements :
Education : High School Diploma or related field, completion of a formal apprenticeship program required, associate's degree preferred.Experience : At least three years' experience as a licensed plumber and previous experience working with diverse populations preferred.Certificates & Licenses : Master Plumbing license required.Other Requirements :Demonstrated ability to understand directions and read blueprints / shop drawings.
Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and drainage.Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment.Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practicesFamiliarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper pipe materialsDemonstrated ability to perform basic arithmetic, solve mathematical problems, and conversion of measurements quickly and accurately.Proficient in use of hand tools and trade tools.Demonstrated ability to work within a team and independently.Ability to travel locally and regionally to attend meetings, visit sites, conferences, etc. as required.Why Join Us?
