Parks Crew Leader

The City of Marble Falls Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a Parks Crew Leader who takes pride in their work, leads with purpose, and understands that excellence on the field starts behind the scenes.

As a Parks Crew Leader, you'll play a hands-on role in maintaining and enhancing the sports facilities that bring our community together - from youth leagues under the lights to weekend tournaments that fill our parks with energy and excitement. We're looking for someone who is :

Detail-oriented - noticing the small things that elevate a good field to a great one.

Internally motivated - taking initiative and finding pride in doing things the right way, every time.

Passionate about sports field management and leadership - ready to guide a team that sets the standard for quality and safety.

Customer-service focused - understanding that every game, practice, and event is an experience for our residents and visitors.
