Responsibilities :
- Create and update customer accounts with precision and attention to detail.
- Process orders efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor consumer loyalty programs to optimize customer engagement.
- Track and provide updates on order and shipment statuses.
- Manage promotional and training product requests effectively.
- Handle business transactions accurately across systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and other in-house applications.
- Collect and document valuable customer information to enhance service quality.
- Work towards achieving both team and individual departmental goals.
- Support special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- A minimum of two years of experience in customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems and analyze situations effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including awareness of customer needs and reactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute accurately.
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar systems is advantageous.
- Previous experience handling inbound and outbound calls, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities effectively.
