Marketing Specialist - Content & Events Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing initiatives across content, events, and customer engagement. This role will be instrumental in creating compelling marketing content, driving registrations for webinars and conferences, supporting event execution, and developing impactful customer case studies that showcase our success stories. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in coordinating cross-functional marketing campaigns that generate leads and strengthen brand presence. Key Responsibilities Content & Campaigns
- Develop engaging content including blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, social posts, and event collaterals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical information into customer-friendly marketing assets. Events & Conferences
- Plan and execute event marketing campaigns to maximize registrations and attendance.
- Partner with sales and business teams to manage event promotion, follow-up campaigns, and lead tracking.
- Support onsite and virtual events (conferences, webinars), ensuring flawless coordination for promotions, and engagement activities. Customer Case Studies & Advocacy
- Work with account managers and clients to create impactful customer case studies, testimonials, and success stories.
- Develop sales enablement assets from customer stories (presentations, one-pagers, videos).
- Drive advocacy initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and highlight business value. Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance of marketing campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage registration dashboards, campaign metrics, and lead reporting for stakeholders. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or technology consulting.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with ability to create customer-centric content.
- Experience with event marketing, CRM, and marketing automation tools (e.g., MS Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo, or similar).
- Familiarity with SEO, digital advertising, and social media campaign management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Desired Skills
- Hands-on experience with webinar platforms (Zoom, ON24, GoToWebinar, etc.) and event promotion campaigns.
- Knowledge of design basics and tools like Canva or Adobe Suite for marketing collateral.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration and customer interaction.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to measure ROI of campaigns and events.
