Staff Management Group is seeking a Team Lead for our client in Somerset, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule :

  • 1st Shift : 6AM - 2 : 30PM
    • Pay Rate :
  • $23 / hour

Job Summary :

As the Warehouse Team Lead, youll support daily operations, support forklift drivers, and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient workflow.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Lead and support warehouse staff
  • Oversee loading / unloading & inventory accuracy
  • Enforce safety standards and inspect equipment
  • Train new team members
  • Keep the warehouse organized and clean
  • Report daily updates to management

    • Job Requirements :

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable and team-oriented
  • Warehouse / logistics experience a plus
  • Basic computer skills
  • Comfortable in various warehouse conditions
