About the Facility

Youll be working in a non-profit, community-based acute care hospital that serves a rural region with essential healthcare services. As a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) , it provides a vital healthcare lifeline to residents in the area, with a strong emphasis on compassionate care, continuity, and patient-centered rehabilitation across multiple service linesincluding acute, swing bed, skilled nursing, and outpatient therapy .

About the Role

Your daily responsibilities will include treating a varied caseload across hospital-based and outpatient settings . Providers typically split time between inpatient (AM) and outpatient (PM), depending on patient volume. Strong communication and flexibility are critical to success in this dynamic role.

Schedule :

• Full-time : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Occasional half-day Saturday (once / month), with half-day off during the week to preserve a 40-hour workweek

Patient Volume & Demographics :

Orthopedic injuries and post-surgical recovery

Private treatment rooms
