Launch and optimize conversion tests across various touchpoints to enhance customer conversion rates

Collaborate with product teams to develop features that drive engagement, referrals, and retention

Required Qualifications

Proven ability to deliver significant impact through innovative marketing strategies

Experience with experimental methodologies, including conversion rate optimization and funnel analytics

Strong understanding of consumer psychology and behavior

Experience with altered states of consciousness is preferred

Ability to thrive in a remote-first, writing-based work environment
