A company is looking for a Supply Chain Sourcing Leader to oversee supply chain operations and manage a team of coordinators and specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Sourcing and PO Coordinator functions for US & Canada distribution centers and liaise with various departments and vendors
Supervise and mentor a team while actively contributing to daily operations and driving team development
Manage new item setup processes and resolve escalated order discrepancies and vendor-related quality issues
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement required
At least 1 year of supervisory experience or equivalent training required
Expertise in Excel required; BI Reporting and SAP experience preferred
Experience in a distribution environment required; food distribution preferred
