A company is looking for a Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Operationalize and integrate the Gender Assessment and Action Plan across project components
Design and deliver gender sensitization and GBV / SEAH prevention training for project staff and beneficiaries
Develop and implement sex-disaggregated data collection tools and contribute to gender-sensitive monitoring and evaluation frameworks
Required Qualifications
Advanced university degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, Anthropology, Community Development, Biology, or related field; a bachelor's degree requires additional relevant experience
At least 5 years of relevant experience in development projects focusing on gender equity and inclusion
Working knowledge of English (level C)
Excellent knowledge of gender equality and women's empowerment concepts
Familiarity with grievance mechanisms and gender-sensitive programming
