One of our favorite clients in the manufacturing space is looking to add a Human Resources Specialist to their team near Elgin. This company manufactures a very cool product and has a phenomenal staff in every department. The Human Resources Specialist will report directly to the HR Manager and be responsible for a variety of different functions. Please read below for more details!
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding HR related issues and inquiries
- Assist with coordinating meetings, HR trainings, and onboarding initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employee records and office functions
- Help create company-wide initiatives to help with employee retention and engagement
- Assist with Admin duties as needed
Requirements :
This role is required to be on-site 5 days a week
